Baked potatoes with oregano

The freshly baked potatoes, with oregano aroma, barely removed from the oven, invite you to a delicious and refreshing lunch. Along with a vegetables salad and a yogurt with dill sauce, you have a full menu, easy and irresistible.

All you have to do is to wash and clean the potatoes, slice them, brush them with very little olive oil, sprinkle salt, pepper and oregano and put the tray in the oven. After 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees, they are just good to serve (check with a fork, to be well done).


Serve warm with salad and yogurt sauce.
