Baked tomatoes with oregano

When you want to diversify the gaskets, do not forget the delicious tomatoes. It can be prepared very quickly and if you sprinkle a little dried oregano or Provencal blend of spices, you will be delighted with a sublime Mediterranean perfume.
 
Baked tomatoes are delicious and very healthy (high in lycopene).
 
Cut the tomatoes in half, powder them with salt, oregano and place them in a pan.


Give the tray in the oven, bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
 
Serve as a garnish on steaks. You can spray them with some olive oil just before serving.
