Baked tomatoes with oregano

when you want to diversify the gaskets, do not forget the delicious tomatoes. it can be prepared very quickly and if you sprinkle a little dried oregano or provencal blend of spices, you will be delighted with a sublime mediterranean perfume.
 
baked tomatoes are delicious and very healthy (high in lycopene).
 
cut the tomatoes in half, powder them with salt, oregano and place them in a pan.


give the tray in the oven, bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
 
serve as a garnish on steaks. you can spray them with some olive oil just before serving.
