This elegant liver recipe is ideal for a romantic dinner or a whole platter of appetizers for a birthday meal. Is done very quickly, are highly effective and incredibly tasty. Try them and you won't regret it!
First fry the chicken livers in a little olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper over them. Put the lid and roll them in 2-3 minutes.
Remove the livers when they are almost made, juicy. Let them cool and then wrap them in slices of raw ham. Tie the rolls with ciboulette wire (crow's onion) and place them in a pan.
Give the tray in the oven for 10 minutes at 160 degrees.
When ready, remove from the oven and serve both as appetizer hot and cold.
If you serve as a cold appetizer, you can season them with a mini rocket salad, parmesan and radicchio.
Elegantly place each chicken liver roll over salad and serve.
