Winter is the season of virus diseases, so I propose a natural solution to increase the immunity: sport and fresh fruit cocktails. Sport will stimulate the circulation, oxygenate the blood and will help you be healthier. A proper diet supports your efforts for a healthier life. Milk shakes are ideal before and after exercises, with high protein, good carbohydrates and vitamins.

Ingredients:
-milk (skim or soy, enriched with calcium)
-200 gr of fresh cranberries
-optional: honey or other sweetener
-2 tablespoons of lemon juice


Put 300 ml of cold milk in blender, washed fruits and mix for 20 seconds.


Taste and, if necessary, add honey and / or lemon juice to taste.


Serve cold.
