"Fresh multivitamin" vegetable juice

How about a vitamin bomb for breakfast? I know, you can't eat raw vegetables early in the morning, but what about making a juice?

I suggest you to try the following "glass salad" as I like to call this vegetable fresh: 3 medium carrots, 2 sticks of celery, a garden cucumber and a tomato.

Squeeze them one by one and you will get a wonderful cocktail, full of vitamins!

Takes less time than preparing a classical breakfast and you will be more energized!

Serve immediately after preparation to take advantage of all the vitamins!

You can season it with a tablespoon of olive oil and juice from one lemon (oil helps the vitamin A absorption).
