the trout is a very healthy fish, rich in omega 3 acids, which is very easy to cook. the trout fried in a little olive oil, with sour cream, parsley and garlic sauce is a delicious way of savoring the trout.
ingredients:
- 2 trouts
- salt, pepper, hot pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 100ml sour cream
- parsley
- one lemon
- olive oil
wash the trouts very well, both inside and outside.
add the salt and pepper.
heat up some olive oil (about 2 spoons) and put the trouts to fry.
in the meantime, prepare the sauce made out of sour cream, minced parsley, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.
the trouts are fried with medium fire, for 5 minutes on each side. add the hot pepper in the oil while they're frying.
they are served hot, covered by the sour cream and parsley sauce with halves of lemon. before serving it's good to wring out the lemons over the trout.
