Tortellini are Italian pasta with various fillings: meat, spinach, cheese etc. The gratinated rose sauce variant is ideal for those who want something more festive but don't really want to stay too long working in the kitchen.
All you have to do is to boil the tortellini for 2-3 minutes and then rinse them in cold water. The pour them in an buttered tray.
Pour some liquid sour cream over them and spread some mozzarella.
The rose sauce is prepared with 100ml of liquid sour cream mixed with couple of tomatoes sauce spoons, salt and pepper. Adjust the tomatoes sauce quantity based on how red you want the sauce to be. Pour the rose sauce over the tortellini.
At the end, spread the mozzarella over the tortellini and put the tray in the oven.
They're ready in 10 minutes, at 200 degrees.
