Summer is the grills' season, so i propose a simple and delicious recipe: flavored grilled pork chops, tender and tasty, with a side dish of fine cauliflower puree. A slightly different combination, more unique, because the juxtaposition of cauliflower puree with the pork chops adds taste and flavor.
The recipe is simple, but i assure you it is very tasty.
Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, marjoram, paprika and fry them for a few minutes on each side.
Boil the cauliflower in salted water, then test it with the fork, mix it with 2-3 tablespoons of butter and half a package of cream cheese (Philadelphia like). Add salt and pepper.
Serve immediately, while still hot.
