The artichoke is a Mediterranean herb known for its healing virtues since ancient times. It is used both as food, in delicious recipes for vegetables, as well as homeopathic remedy for treating diseases of liver, kidney, digestive, hypertension, diabetes, etc..

Select 8-10 pieces of baby artichoke (young). Wash and clean the outer layers while using gloves, otherwise you'll stain yourself.

The entire process will take 3-4 minutes.
Transfer to a ceramic bowl. Sprinkle chopped fresh basil and cherry tomatoes.
Finally, you can sprinkle a little extra virgin olive oil to take full advantage of it.
