Salads are an excellent choice with steaks, and the following combination is very nice and refreshing. If you want it "crunchy", chop all the vegetables into cubes (cucumbers and radishes) and toss them with the dressing. This way you will be surprised by an unusual taste.
Serve cold. The sauce is made with yogurt, a tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, chopped dill, salt and pepper.
A green salad, with fresh pink spring shades, is more than welcome after holiday meals, isn't it?
