Grilled pork is preferred by Romanians, so I propose a simple and delicious recipe, ready in minutes. You only need a few spices and some low-fat pork chops (or pork neck).
-pork chops or neck
-freshly ground multicolored pepper
-Cayenne pepper or sweet paprika
-half a lemon
Tap the meat easily. Sprinkle with spices.
If you have time, let it at least for an hour in the refrigerator. Then leave an hour at room temperature before grilling.
Fry on both sides until well browned. The best is to roll the meat often, not to burn. While frying, sprinkle it with lemon juice (a few drops on each slice).
It is ready for serving.
