These wonderful drink-deserts, full of vitamins and antioxidants are ideal for the hot summer days.
The cold milk shakes with fruits can be prepared very fast and quickly offer you a delicious dose of vitamins and minerals. If you drink them as soon as they're ready, you will benefit from all the natural antioxidants from the fruits, while at the same time, give yourselves a little dietetic dessert.
- low fat milk
- 125 gr blackberries
- 200 gr strawberries
- one banana
- 2 spoons of goji fruits
Mix all the ingredients in the blender and serve immediately. You can also add couple of ice cubes in the blender if you wish.
