Today's recipe is a special version of preparation, a seemingly simple grill, but at the end of which, the fish has a delicious crust of yogurt and spices. I used bio mustard berries for their great taste (aromatic-spicy) hot pepper flakes (for spicy accents) and dried thyme for fragrance.

Wash the slices of salmon. If they have skin, don't remove it, it will help at frying.
Preheat the grill and place the slices of salmon with the skin down. Season it with salt, pepper, paprika, dried thyme, and dehydrated garlic.
While frying, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Now put the mustard berries.
We will use a teaspoon of mustard seeds. Mix 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt with the mustard until well blended.
After 3 minutes of grilling, when the salmon become pink, roll it and leave for a minute and on the other side.
Then roll with the skin down and brush them with the mustard and yogurt sauce.
Sprinkle spices over the sauce.
Let it fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Salmon is served warm, to feel the flavor better.
Salad will be simple, from rocket leaves, sliced almonds and young spinach with a dash of olive oil or grape seeds and a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Sprinkle mustard seeds over the plate to make a more elegant presentation.
