This is a simple, colorful and delicious salad. Arabesque cucumber salad with radishes is very soft and ideal for hot summer days. Known as "Egyptian salad”, this combination of fresh vegetables and yogurt is perfect with grilled or roasted steak.
-a big cucumber
-a bundle of radishes
-green mint, dill, parsley
-150 ml thick yogurt
-olive oil (ideally, add flavored oil for a touch of piquancy)
Mix radish slices with the cucumber, yogurt, a tablespoon of oil and salt.
Add the finely chopped herbs (2 to 3 tablespoons minced fresh herbs).
Serve immediately or cooled in refrigerator for 30 minutes (don’t refrigerate salad for too long because the vegetables will soften).
