chocolate pancakes are some of the most popular. if you want the pancakes not to be so sweet, what do you think about a refreshing combination of mascarpone and coconut cream?
-chocolate cream (nutella)
-a few drops of rum essence
fill one side with a thick layer of chocolate with hazelnut (nutella), then fold the pancake.
mix mascarpone and vanilla sugar. then add a few drops of rum essence and 2 tablespoons of grated coconut.
fill the pancake with a layer of this second composition as thick as the first one.
fold the cake again and...that’s it!
cut the pancake, sprinkle with grated coconut and cinnamon and serve:
