Chocolate pancakes are some of the most popular. If you want the pancakes not to be so sweet, what do you think about a refreshing combination of mascarpone and coconut cream?
-chocolate cream (Nutella)
-a few drops of rum essence
Fill one side with a thick layer of chocolate with hazelnut (Nutella), then fold the pancake.
Mix mascarpone and vanilla sugar. Then add a few drops of rum essence and 2 tablespoons of grated coconut.
Fill the pancake with a layer of this second composition as thick as the first one.
Fold the cake again and...that’s it!
Cut the pancake, sprinkle with grated coconut and cinnamon and serve:
