One of the healthiest choice for dinner is baked fish. Today we will cook a delicious salmon "con salsa basilico". Fresco marinade of virgin lemon oil, fresh lemon juice and basil leaves, seasoned with spicy black pepper to create a "Italiano vero" dish.
And if I said we cook in the Italian style, then you should expect an explosion of color, aroma and flavor.
"Salmone con salsa of Basilico" (as the Italians say) is a perfect solution for a healthy and appetizing diet.
-2 Salmon fillets
-a few fresh basil leaves
Mix the basil with 30 ml oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Pour the basil marinade over the salmon in the tray.
Pour some water in the tray.
You can sprinkle a little pepper.
Bake at 180 degrees approx. 20 minutes, until it is browned.
Serve immediately with baked potatoes and assorted salad.
